As far as I can tell efibootmgr invocation looks OK grub-install: info: executing efibootmgr -c -d /dev/nvme0n1 -p 1 -w -L Parabola -l \EFI\Parabola\grubx64.efi. BootCurrent: 0003 Timeout: 0 seconds BootOrder: 0000,0001,0003 Boot0001* para Boot0003* UEFI: SMI USB DISK 1100, Partition 1 Boot0000* Parabola Installation finished. No error reported. How did you add your line that works (show exact command line)?
