Hi, I'm starting to develop my own OS and instead of writing my own bootloader wanted to use GRUB2 as a quick fix. I have read most of https://www.gnu.org/software/grub/manual/grub/grub.html but have been unable to figure out how to make a bootable USB with my custom kernel file detected and booted.
Can anyone give me some pointers as to the basic procedure I need to follow? thanks, James Read
