- Boot with a Live media (CD/USB), chroot your Kali at hard disk,
reinstall GRUB: grub-install /dev/sdX
Unsophisticated way:
- Boot with a Live media (CD/USB), backup your data and configurations,
reinstall Kali at same disk partition.
