Hello,
I don't know very much about C-packages and that sort of thing but I need to
use a few functions from the gsl package.
I am using a Windows Computer and I have installed the gsl package, but the
compiler can't find the headers. I then tried moving the headers to the same
place where all the other headers are, i.e. usr/include/gsl. Now, the compiler
finds the headers but it still can't find functions like gsl_rng_default. Do
you have an idea what I can do about this?
