Dear All
Functions gsl_sf_gamma_inc_Q(a,x) and gsl_sf_gamma_incP(a,x)
calculate the upper and lower normalized incomplete gamma functions
respectively.
Function gsl_sf_gamma_inc(a,x) calculates the un-normalized upper
incomplete gamma function.
There doesn't seem to be an un-normalized lower incomplete
gamma function.
Could the developers add writing such a function to the To-Do list
please?
