Lukasz, As Jochen pointed out, Section 25 of the reference manual is what you want. For another example, take a look at the VFGEN web page, http://www.warrenweckesser.net/vfgen, and in particular the GSL section: http://www.warrenweckesser.net/vfgen/menu_gsl.html You can find another example there. The C code, which includes the differential equations, the Jacobian, a user function, a simple command-line based solver interface, and a Makekfile, was all generated automatically by VFGEN. Even if you don't use VFGEN, you might find it useful to see another working example.
