Lukasz,

As Jochen pointed out, Section 25 of the reference manual is what you
want. For another example, take a look at the VFGEN web page,
http://www.warrenweckesser.net/vfgen, and in particular the GSL
section: http://www.warrenweckesser.net/vfgen/menu_gsl.html
You can find another example there. The C code, which includes
the differential equations, the Jacobian, a user function, a
simple command-line based solver interface, and a Makekfile,
was all generated automatically by VFGEN. Even if you don't use
VFGEN, you might find it useful to see another working example.

Subject: [Help-gsl] gsl ode systems

Hi, does anyone know good tutorial about how to solve systems of ode equations.
I tried the gsl-ref, it seems not to have any explanation how to code a
particular system of odes or jacobian.
Thanks
Lukasz
