[Help-gsl] gsl_odeiv2.h missing from GSL 1.19

A coworker of mine just installed GSL 1.19, and found that gsl_odeiv2.h is 
missing.   It was not missing in the previous version (1.16) that we have been 
using.   Have we made some sort of installation mistake?
