At the moment, Guix does not seem to feature any helper to auto-mount disks managed by udisks (such as external hard drives).
Common options include udiskie: Removable disk automounter using udisks Upstream URL: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/udiskie udevil: Mount and unmount without password Upstream URL: http://ignorantguru.github.com/udevil/ I'm willing to package one of them.
