Guix already has 'xf86-video-sis', and it's already included in %default-xorg-modules in (gnu services xorg). So, now we just need to find out why it's not working. Maybe one of the other video modules guesses that it can support the hardware, but it actually fails? In that case, it might help to move 'xf86-video-sis' higher up in the list of modules to try.
