I guess you could tweak ~/.bashrc to do that based on $GUIX_ENVIRONMENT but it’s not very elegant. Besides, I’d be interested in your thoughts as to whether/how ‘guix environment’ could be improved to make virtualenv unnecessary. Thanks, Ludo’.
