Hi, No you can't.
Debian packages (.deb files) work with the Debian package manager. Guix is an alternative, it can be used: 1. As a full Linux distribution (so a replacement for all of Debian) 2. As a package manager *on top of* an existing distribution (e.g. Debian) I personally run Guix as a package manager on top of Ubuntu: I use Debian/Ubuntu packages for some areas and then use Guixs' packages for all my user tools/libraries.
