Do you have multiple users? If so, it may be better to delete generations of all users by running guix gc as root: sudo guix gc --delete-generations=1m or so. Perhaps also a run of sudo guix gc --list-roots tells when you have multiple profiles but you have not upgraded them in a long time, taking up more space for old versions. Regards, Florian
