share packages with the second user (created via samba public server)

Hi Guix,

I have got a second user via
samba public server.

there are almost no packages available.

Do I have to install them there as well all the packages I would like?
and have a separate Emacs with a new init.el file?

or can I share packages like emacs, libreoffice ... with this user?
If so what do I have to do?

If I want to use EXWM in this second user

and I would be able to switch to it in the second user?

do I have to install exwm in the main user and then it will be available for the second user as well, in logging into the second user?
