Today I tried to take a look at it again, and to build a minimal example.
Imagine my confusion when it managed to import `guix build utils` just fine!
Well, I took a careful look at the timer, and:
Replacement pending (restart to upgrade).
I've restarted it and now it works. Wow, I feel stupid...
For some reason I thought that "restarting" a timer to load new code, because
it does not "run" like a normal service. But I suppose the meaning of "restart"
is a bit overloaded to also mean "reload service definition"?
