I didn't notice it before, but as we can see above, the ossplanet link is malformed, with extraneous string "/gnu/guix" inserted. I was able to find the correct location at https://mirror.ossplanet.net/gnu/guix/guix-system-install-1.5.0.x86_64-linux.iso and the install image is downloading now.
