I was mostly referring to organizational stuff, like who does what.
In fact, I spent most of the time on sources other than the Hurd, GNU Mach
and glibc (porting packages etc).

The list in my head would take too long to dump out, and is changing fast.
I hope to finish one of the bigger tasks in weeks rather than months, to
get a lot of the burden from my shoulders.

Apart from what I keep in mind, the task list on the Debian web page is
inclusive (has a copy of the CVS stuff).
