Well, we don't use OSF Mach, but a good friend of him (her?), GNU Mach.
If there ever was support for this in GNU Mach, it has probably gone, as
we use the Linux device drivers almost exclusively. What you could try is
to backport the changes in OSF Mach to GNU Mach, or, the other way round,
try to port the Hurd servers to OSF Mach.

That said, SMP support in GNU Mach is known to be broken as well, so it
would probably be a better start to check OSF Mach + Hurd.
