Well, my problem is that I need someone to tell me that
"It is Ok to add comments to this file, nobody else is modifying it for the moment"
So I don't mess up for someone else. I know that this is more or less taken care of by
checking in and out differnt versions, but
somehow, I would like to know who is 'doing' what file.
Until I get more sure of what I'm doing, I need some 'hand-holding' ... sending my
updates to the person 'in charge' of the file (?)
What I'm trying to say, is that I have _NO___I_D_E_A how to get my updates from me to
(???) whereever it is the updates should go
...
If there is an RTFM answer to this, I'm sorry ...
