In some countries, perhaps, but we have "free speach" in the
US of A, protected by activist judges and lawyers.
My personal opinion is that they should be abducted, much like
Elian Gonzallez, and shot without trial, but that would violate
their "rights".
Most US ISP's will terminate their account with extreme prejudice,
once a proper complaint with complete info is recieved.
Since it has nothing to do with the HURD, I would hope that the
person or persons responsible for maintaining this list would
report the source forthwith, else we be deluged with all kinds of
irrelevent junk, such as this message, and worse.
