find severall installation guides.
The best method is using the Debian packages, so you can get Debian
GNU/Hurd from any Debian mirror.

If you want to get Hurd (or GNUmach?) code directly from CVS, see
http://www.gnu.org/software/devel.html.

BTW: Hurd 0.2 was released in 1997 - but 0.3 is hopefully there
soon. :)
