I think the best way is to add the following sources:

deb ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/hurd/debian unstable main
deb ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian unstable main

into the file /etc/apt/sources.list.

And use apt-get to install and/or apgrade your system.
