Well, the way I understand it is like this: debian-hurd - Anything that is about Debian GNU/Hurd, package issues, package bugs and the like. help-hurd - Asking about help specifically for the Hurd (or GNUMach) bug-hurd - Bugs in the Hurd or closely related things, and general development discussion...
