If it is true that Hurd (or GNU mach) cannot handle interrupt sharing, is it possible to disable the checks for certain devices interactively at boot time? Otherwise I need some kind of kernel which does not have conflicting devices.
AFAIK you can't disable certain devices in boot option. If interrupt sharing is the problem, you have two choices: either remove physically some of your PCI cards (like sound), or rearrange them in the PCI slots so that devices used by GNU Mach (like IDE) don't have shared interrupts.
