Hi, I just pushed a commit to fix the broken IDN2_NFC_INPUT flag. Non-NFC input wasn't correctly converted any more with this flag given. My changes in 0.13/0.14 introduced this fault. There was no test to catch/test this behavior so far - I now added one.
