Package: libidn2-0-dev Version: 2.0.2-1 Severity: wishlist Tags: patch Dear Maintainer,
libidn2-0-dev is not multi-arch compatible. There are two conflicts: (1) usr/share/doc/libidn2-0-dev/libidn2.pdf (2) usr/share/info/libidn2.info.gz These conflicts, however, have been fixed in the new development package, libidn2-dev, which has just entered Sid. A byte-for-byte diff of the i386 and amd64 packages reveals no conflicts. As a result, this package should be marked Multi-Arch: same. Adding multi-arch support would be much appreciated, as libidn2(-0)-dev is part of a chain of dependencies required by other projects. Thank you. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.11.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_AU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_AU:en (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages libidn2-0-dev depends on: ii libidn2-0 2.0.2-1 libidn2-0-dev recommends no packages. libidn2-0-dev suggests no packages. _______________________________________________ Help-libidn mailing list Help-libidn@gnu.org https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/help-libidn
