Here you can see the direction I'm going with this:

There's a command line interface to "LibrejsAnalyzer", which could turn
into a shared library used by both this tool and the browser version of
LibreJS. The regexes in the Script class were taken from Loic's LibreJS
code.

Eventually this tool can integrate into a build process just like jshint
or jscs.
