The file itself says it is Apache 2.0 which is a a free/libre license.

But it does not use a libreJS compliant syntax inside* the file (https://www.gnu.org/software/librejs/free-your-javascript.html).

It also does not link to human-readable source code (the code given is minified/obfuscated).

* license information can be given as web-labels which are in a separate file to the code and can be linked to in the website, but because libreJS is blocking the script I doubt this is happening.

I have added `https://www.gstatic.com/recaptcha/releases/*` to my
whitelist, expecting that ALL e.g.
https://www.gstatic.com/recaptcha/releases/_cn5mBoBXIA0_T7xBjxkUqUA/recaptcha__en.js
scripts would be allowed (in every webpage that is requesting them).

I have a doubt now... is the code from https://www.gstatic.com a libre code?
