SIA in pkix.asn

I don't know how complete pkix.asn is suppose to be in the examples, but it is 
missing the SIA stuff:

-- subject info access

id-pe-subjectInfoAccess OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { id-pe 11 }

SubjectInfoAccessSyntax  ::=
        SEQUENCE SIZE (1..MAX) OF AccessDescription
