'make check' fail while compiling libtasn1 with intel c compiler ( log files corrected )

Dear all:

When compiler libtasn1 3.3 using intel c compiler 13.1.0 with 
    
     export CC='icc'
     export CFLAGS='-fPIC -O3 -xHOST -ip'
     ./configure --prefix=/home/frank/program/libtasn1/3.3
     make
     make check

4 tests failed, including Test_parser, Test_tree, Test_encoding, and 
Test_indefinite. 

Logs are attached, including config.log, 'configure' output, 'make' output and 
'make check' output. 

If configure with gcc, everthing goes well.

Any hint?
