Hello, I am a member of the gnu.org French translation team [0], and also try to update obsolete features in web pages to make future style improvement easier. The home page of Libtasn1 [1] has the old kind of translation list at the bottom of the page, with a wrong link to boilerplate.html; I propose to upgrade it to the latest boilerplate [2]. This would give the opportunity to fix 2 minor XHTML errors. A diff is attached.
