Where is gmake?!

I want to make a certain library for a program I am using. However, this
program requires not "make", but "gmake". I promptly visited the GNU ftp
site, downloaded the newest version of make, and built/installed it.
However, this only updated "make". It did not give me "gmake". Where,
then, do I get gmake? My system is an old SPARC Solaris 2.7, with gcc
2.95.2.
