The address xxxx-request@yyyy is always defined for any mailing list
xxxx@yyyy (that's _any_ list, not just GNU lists--if you find a mailing
list that doesn't have one, you should abuse the maintainers
mercilessly).
With automated mailing lists, sending a message to that address will
result in some automated response with information about
subscribe/unsubscribe commands.
With non-automated lists, the maintainer will respond.
This is always the first step to take for mailing list management
operations. If that fails to produce anything useful, then you try
other means.
In short, send email to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and you will get
back the information you're looking for.
