Pattern match, multiple targets

     Perhaps a silly question, but here goes (are the list archives 
     searchable? - is there a FAQ?)
     
     I have a makefile that wants to make several (shared library) targets.
     
     Can I write something like
     
     LIB1 := one.o
     LIB2 := two.o
     
     all: libLIB1.so libLIB2.so
     
     lib%.so: $(%)
     
     or not?
