Please look more closely.  The page lists <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> as being
specifically for questions about GNU make for Windows platforms.  This
list is for general questions about GNU make.

No.

The FSF does not provide binaries for any of its packages on the FTP
site, we only provide source.  You can find the source for GNU make in
the "make" subdirectory of the FTP site.  The latest version is 3.79.1.

There may be pre-built binary copies of GNU make available for download,
but they're not available for download from the FSF.

You might try using Google or some other search engine to find them, or
asking on [EMAIL PROTECTED] to see if anyone there knows of a site.
Barring that you'll have to build it yourself.
