I used the following findings to find the version, but then I am narrowed down to two choices, v5.5 and v5.6.
Versions 5.5 and above use date in which the year is 4-digit and v5.7 and above have the option -V to check the version. I guess this is the best that we can do here. :) -----Original Message----- From: Paul Eggert [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 26 November 2007 02:56 AM To: Kunal Patil (K) Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: Version of RCS itself "Kunal Patil (K)" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> writes: > It seems that we have an older RCS. > > RCS 5.7 and above have a -V option to get the version. What's the point of running anything older? 5.7 is quite old and stable. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This e-mail is subject to the Telkom SA electronic communication legal notice, available at : http://www.telkom.co.za/TelkomEMailLegalNotice.PDF ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
