Debian packages at <http://josefsson.org/shishi/debian/>.  I have
added the --oknodo switch, but not the code to disable shishid by
default.

I don't have a strong opinion on whether shishid should be started by
default.  If --background --oknodo is sufficient to guarantee that
crashing shishid never causes upgrade problems, I prefer to have it
start automatically.  That might trigger more shishid users, and
consequently, bug reports about shishid behaviour, which is good.
