I'm building this now (was on vacation for the past three weeks). I looked over debian/copyright and realized that I'd not previously noted that it didn't include a copy of the GNU FDL and instead referenced the copy in the documentation. This is probably fine legally, but Debian Policy requires that all the licenses be present in the copyright file, the only exception being ones that are present in common-licenses.
