I assure that readline completion is one of the things I test most. :-)
Did you have an opinion on whether to use VW compatibility methods? I only ask because I would prefer not to have to change my source code when I next install a new version.
I still had to make a decision when I wrote the e-mail. Right now I have modified XML.st and XPath.st to use indexOfSubCollection:startingAt: but I want to take a look at VW, then I may change my mind.
