I spotted a couple of mistakes and committed the fixed patch as
[EMAIL PROTECTED]/smalltalk--devo--2.2--patch-297 and
[EMAIL PROTECTED]/smalltalk--devo--2.2--patch-421 respectively.
Also I had forgotten to say that #% is just a shortcut to
#bindWithArguments:.
