CompiledMethod >> valueWithReceiver:withArguments does not return method
return value. Example:
GNU Smalltalk ready
st> m := SmallInteger >> #+
SmallInteger>>+
st> m valueWithReceiver: 3 withArguments: { 4 }
SmallInteger>>+

Result should be 7.
Attached patch to fix this.
