[Help-smalltalk] [PATCH] Change "AS IS" to `AS IS` in comments of packages/xml

Hi all,

"AS IS" in comments make test 124 failed, this patch fix these problems.

        * pullparser/XMLPullParser.st: Change "AS IS" in copyright header to 
`AS IS'.
        * pullparser/XMLPullParserTests.st: Ditto.
        * saxdriver/Events.st: Ditto.
