I looked at the MonoDevelop icons and, well, they quite suck. :-(
I don't need too many icons, the only "necessary" ones for the toolbar
IMO would be:
* debug step into/step over/run/finish
* run icon for SUnit browser (would run entire class or do "debug
it" for a single method)
