I'm at this page (building-gst-guides), sub-topic: Windows: MinGW/MSYS. Link no. 3 seems not there any more, where can I get it? (InfoZIP: Download from ftp://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/tools/zip/info-zip/WIN32/zip232xN.zip) I read about Windows port is under development. Can I get it somewhere? Thanks.
