I committed a patch to make <file> optional for assets already pointed
to by a <filein> tag. I also updated all package.xml files in the
distribution except for VisualGST.
However, I suggest that those of you that use PackageBuilder.st do _not_
update it to remove now superfluous <file> tags---not until I make a new
release at least, and for packages such as Iliad, for a little longer
probably.
