I am happy to take either patch. For the additional linker flag we probably
want to check with autoconf whether it is supported by the linker.
IIRC I attempted to use bison's api.prefix but the tricky part was handling
of yyprint as for both genbc-decl and the genbc-impl the YYSTYPE is the same
union.
