Go to http://www.freshmeat.net and search `pinfo' and/or `tkman'.  The
former is a curses-based browser with the keybindings of lynx.  `tkman' is
a tcl/tk script to browse info files, but I don't know if it is cool
enought for you.  I believe there are more browsers there (I think Gnome
help application can browse info files aswell, but I'm not sure because I 
still use an old X-enviroment :< ).
