Yes. Where the size was given in magstep unit I just decreased it by 1 unit
and where the size is given in points, I divided it "manually" by 1.2.

I don't know. I think Postscript fonts are not designed with a nominal size
so this problem shouldn't occur with them.

It's really a quick and dirty hack, but here it is. My changes are marked
with my name.

I had already made all the changes in the file I had and didn't want to do
it again since I use texinfo very scarcely.
