What icons? Enabled how? I'm confused. At least in lynx, I don't see
how there could be any icons?

I do not know. As I recall, those rel attributes are on the <a> tags
because someone said they helped. I said, fine, whatever.
The generator-home thing is just something I made up to identify the
source of the file, nothing meaningful.
Could probably dig up the details in the bug-texinfo archives. But
anyway, if you can send me a patch that makes it work (whatever that
means :) with mozilla, that would be good.
