When I run makeinfo on my texinfo file I get a valid info file. If I attempt to run texi2dvi then I get stuck in a shell like environment where the prompt is an asterisk (*). I don't know why texi2dvi, etex or pdftex fails to create the proper output given my texinfo file. Can someone point me to documentation that can lead me to a solution? If it will help I can post the file.
