You mean to get "bold math" as in LaTeX? No, unfortunately, nothing
like that has ever been implemented for texinfo.tex. (For that matter,
"bold italic" has never been implemented as a font style for regular
text, either.)
What is your document that you need bold math? It wouldn't be
impossible to do, although I can't promise it instantly ...
